We're working with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in London that's on the lookout for a Structural Engineer to join their growing team. If you're experienced in remediation, refurbishment, strengthening, and upgrades of existing buildings (rather than new-builds), this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering structural engineering solutions for existing buildings (medium to high-rise)
- Carrying out structural assessments, feasibility studies, and defect analysis
- Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and clients
- Preparing reports and advising on remedial or strengthening solutions
- Attending site visits to monitor works and ensure safety/compliance
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience focused on existing buildings
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered (IStructE or ICE)
- Proficient in Tekla, TEDDS, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regs, Eurocodes, CDM & BSA
- Skilled in identifying defects and designing practical solutions
