The role supports defence and commercial projects across all RIBA stages, producing detailed technical information and coordinating project delivery within collaborative design teams. Your Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within an architectural practice
- Strong proficiency using Revit and associated technical design software
- Experience producing detailed technical packages and construction information
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and CDM requirements
- Experience across commercial or defence sector projects preferred
- CIAT accreditation or progression towards accreditation desirable
