Hunter Dunning is working with an employee-owned, design-led Architecture practice to recruit an Architect. The role will lead education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while maintaining design intent, programme requirements, and quality standards.
Your Experience
- Minimum of five years post Part III professional experience within the United Kingdom
- Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
- Confident using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed technical drawing packages
- Education project experience is advantageous rather than essential
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
- Experience coordinating consultants, clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Strong workload management, interpersonal, and communication skills
