Cambridge | Salary up to £50,000 | Hybrid working with two days working from home each week after probation

Hunter Dunning is working with an employee-owned, design-led Architecture practice to recruit an Architect. The role will lead education, residential, and mixed-use projects across multiple RIBA stages while maintaining design intent, programme requirements, and quality standards.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of five years post Part III professional experience within the United Kingdom
  • Strong knowledge across all RIBA stages with project leadership experience
  • Confident using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed technical drawing packages
  • Education project experience is advantageous rather than essential
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards
  • Experience coordinating consultants, clients, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Strong workload management, interpersonal, and communication skills
