We’re looking for a Building Surveyor to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy working on retrofit and decarbonisation schemes for local authorities and housing associations. This is a great role for someone with experience in project management and contract administration, looking to work on diverse, sustainability-focused projects in a supportive team environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver retrofit projects from design through to completion
  • Act as Contract Admin / Employer’s Agent
  • Handle statutory approvals & contract tenders
  • Carry out party wall procedures, condition surveys & reporting

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or similar
  • Associate RICS or equivalent
  • Proven experience in project management and contract administration
