Hunter Dunning is working with an established rural property consultancy to recruit an Associate Rural Surveyor. You will lead rural surveying projects across Scotland, manage complex instructions and contribute to the continued success of the Ayr office.

Your Experience

  • MRICS qualification with several years of relevant post-qualification experience in rural surveying
  • Registered Valuer status preferred
  • Experience across utility, rural, forestry, farming and land management sectors
  • Knowledge of land acquisitions, servitudes, wayleaves and compensation claims
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organisation and agile task management
  • Motivation to progress towards Partner level
