Hunter Dunning is working with a growing multidisciplinary consultancy delivering refurbishment, remediation, and building safety projects throughout London and the South East.
This opportunity offers hands-on experience supporting senior cost consultants across residential, education, heritage, and commercial property schemes. You will assist with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and project administration while receiving structured APC support and mentoring.
Your Experience
- Relevant Quantity Surveying degree completed or nearing completion
- Good understanding of construction methods, procurement processes, and commercial management principles
- Awareness of current construction legislation, building regulations, and compliance requirements
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience or interest in residential, education, heritage, and commercial property projects
- Strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
- Consultancy experience is preferred
