This opportunity offers exposure to residential, education, heritage, and commercial property projects, alongside structured APC support and mentoring from experienced Chartered Building Surveyors.
Your Experience
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree completed or nearing completion
- Strong interest in progressing towards RICS chartership
- Good understanding of construction methods, building pathology, and maintenance principles
- Experience across residential, education, heritage, and commercial property sectors
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Interest in developing knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Consultancy experience
