Architectural Technologist 📍SW London
Hunter Dunning is working with a RIBA chartered practice delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects in the UK and internationally. The studio works across private residences, listed buildings, hotels, resorts and masterplanned communities, with a strong focus on technical delivery and design quality.
Your Experience
• CIAT qualified with minimum five years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in detailed and technical design and the delivery of tender packages and construction documentation, including drawings and specifications (NBS preferred)
• Site experience and ability to coordinate with consultant teams
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Approved Documents
• Luxury residential and/or hospitality sector experience in the UK
• Proficient with Vectorworks or AutoCAD
What You’ll Get
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 fully dependent on experience
• 21 days annual leave increasing to 25 with service
