Your Role:
You’ll be joining a close-knit team delivering some of London’s most high-spec homes, including:
- Super-prime residential properties across RBKC and Westminster
- Mews houses, new builds, townhouse refurbishments and basements
- A 59-unit conversion in Chiswick and a new build in Market Mews
Key responsibilities:
- Producing detailed drawings in Vectorworks
- Preparing tender and construction documentation
- Developing technical designs for refurb and new build
- Reporting directly to Directors
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years’ UK experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
- Strong technical detailing and construction package skills
- Experience with high-end residential projects in London
- Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred (not essential)
- Understanding of HRB/BSR regs is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Right to work in the UK
