Hunter Dunning is working with a studio leading the renovation of a Grade II* Listed residential dwelling into a boutique hotel, currently at RIBA Stage 5. This 6-month contract focuses on Stage 4–5 delivery, construction detailing and contractor coordination on a live heritage project.
Your Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ UK experience, with a strong focus on technical coordination and site delivery
- Detailed construction detailing and proven Stage 4 and 5 experience
- Ability to liaise with contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and Grade II* Listed / heritage projects
- Contract administration (RFIs, CVIs, submittals, Instructions)
- AutoCAD (essential)
- 2 days in studio, weekly site visits
