What you’ll be doing:
  • Run housing projects across all RIBA stages
  • Produce Revit models and detailed technical packages
  • Coordinate with engineers, planners, and consultants
  • Navigate Building Regs and support planning submissions
  • Contribute to design reviews, project meetings, and site visits
What you’ll need:
  • 3+ years’ experience in residential architecture
  • Solid Revit skills and a technical eye
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regs and planning process
  • Confident working with consultants and project teams
  • Comfortable leading work across all project phases
