Your Role:
- Projects include mews houses, penthouses, boutique hotels, and mixed-use schemes
- Work across all RIBA stages
- Produce drawings, technical details, and construction information
- Use Revit / AutoCAD daily
- Support junior team members and report to Seniors/Directors
What You’ll Need:
- ARB registered with 1+ years UK post-Part III experience
- Portfolio showing beautifully detailed, high-end residential or hospitality projects
- Strong skills across RIBA stages 3 & 4
- Revit or AutoCAD proficiency essential
- Confident with clients, contractors, and working through delivery stages
- Excellent graphic/presentation skills (InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp)
- Eligible to work in the UK with fluent written and spoken English
