Senior Architect Job in Durham, Northeast Senior Architect job now available, joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, including heritage, healthcare, residential and education projects. This role offers up to £50,000 and flexible working. This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will work alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to project completion. Role & Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations Produce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentation Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors. Ensure compliance with building regs and planning standards. Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients Conduct site meetings and resolve any on-site issuesRequired Skills & Experience Confidence working across all RIBA stages Minimum 5 years of experience post Part III Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently Experience managing projects on-site and answering queries that may come up Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policyWhat you get back Salary up to £50,000 Financial support for professional memberships and CPD Hybrid working options and flexible start timesApply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
