Senior Architect Job in Durham, Northeast Senior Architect job now available, joining an established practice with a seriously strong pipeline of projects, including heritage, healthcare, residential and education projects. This role offers up to £50,000 and flexible working. This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will work alongside the building surveying and interior design teams from concept to project completion. Role & Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations Produce detailed technical drawings and manage project documentation Work on a diverse range of projects, including listed buildings and new build projects across a range of sectors. Ensure compliance with building regs and planning standards.
