Role & Responsibilities Lead and run education projects, particularly within the schools sector, from concept through to completion Manage multiple or complex projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations Direct and mentor junior architects, supporting their professional development Lead client meetings, presentations, and engagement with stakeholders Oversee design development, technical delivery, and coordination with consultants Manage project finances including fees, invoicing, and profitability Contribute to securing new work and generating positive PR for the business Required Skills & Experience RIBA Part 3 (or equivalent) with 3+ post-qualification experience Proven track record delivering schools projects, including DfE-led schemes Strong design, technical and presentation skills with Revit proficiency Experience of projects valued between £5m-£20m Ability to manage teams, collaborate across disciplines, and build strong client relationships Knowledge of MMC solutions, refurbishment and retrofit approaches Experience with SEN, Further or Higher Education projects (desirable) Understanding of BIM workflows and technical advisor roles in education projects (desirable) What you get back Competitive salary 25 days holiday Flexible working times Hybrid working Employee ownership scheme Pension contribution Childcare vouchers Cycle to work Assisted healthcare plans Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
