Project Manager Job in Sevenoaks A Project Manager / Employer\’s Agent job is now available in Sevenoaks, Kent, with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy. This role offers a salary of up to £60k, hybrid working, and excellent benefits including a discretionary bonus, travel allowance, and private medical cover. You\’ll be joining a well-established team of around 100 staff across four offices, working on major residential new build, regeneration, and remedial projects for clients including housing associations, local authorities, developers and RPs. Projects span London, the South East, and Midlands. Role & Responsibilities Deliver projects from inception to completion Act as Employer\’s Agent and Project Manager across multiple residential and mixed-use schemes Prepare Employer\’s Requirements, specifications and JCT contracts Oversee due diligence, surveys, and pre-contract investigations Attend site meetings, issue instructions and certificates Manage project delivery, monitor programme, cost and risk Report monthly on fee projections and project progress Chair pre-contract and post-contract meetings Carry out snagging and handover inspections Assist with procurement and contract advice Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2-3 years\’ consultancy experience in a project management or employer\’s agent role Experience delivering residential, new build, refurbishment and regeneration projects Strong understanding of JCT contracts and Development Agreements Experience working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities or Developers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills RICS or CIOB accredited degree; MRICS or MCIOB preferred or working towards Technical background desired What you get back Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience Discretionary bonus incentive Travel expenses Pension contributions Private medical insurance 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Additional Christmas shutdown (3-4 days) Birthday day off Hybrid working Support with professional accreditations Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
