A Project Manager is required in London to support the delivery of international luxury hotel interior and architectural projects, working closely with project management, design teams, consultants and contractors. This role suits a project management professional with 3+ years of relevant experience in high-end hospitality, architectural, fit-out, FF&E or design-led environments who is confident managing commercial documentation, programmes, resources, variations and billing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects against client requirements, quality standards and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
  • Prepare commercial and project management documentation throughout delivery
  • Manage variation orders, pricing and additional fee proposals
  • Maintain programmes, resources, reports and monthly billing information

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree or equivalent relevant project management qualification
  • 3+ years of demonstrable project management experience
  • High-end hospitality or comparable design-led experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project or equivalent
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and stakeholder coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

  • The role offers £50,000 - £55,000, plus:
  • Hybrid working after probation, subject to project requirements
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising annually to 25 days
