Job Overview
A Project Architect job in Clerkenwell with a design-led architecture practice delivering defence and commercial sector projects across the UK. This role suits an ARB registered Architect with strong technical design ability and experience delivering projects through construction stages. You will lead project coordination across RIBA stages, producing detailed technical packages using Revit and BIM workflows. Projects involve secure and technically complex buildings requiring close collaboration with consultants, contractors and client teams. The role is studio-based in Clerkenwell with hybrid working available after probation and offers long-term development within a collaborative architectural team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
- Coordinate consultants and manage project information
- Prepare NBS specifications and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and CDM
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect or CIAT qualified professional
- Minimum five years post qualification experience
- Strong technical design and construction stage knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Safety Act
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 - £52,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working up to two days weekly after probation
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Paid professional memberships including RIBA or CIAT
