Part II Architectural Assistant

A Part II Architecural Assistant is available with a RIBA chartered practice in SW London. This practice has a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, and listed building projects throughout the UK and internationally!\\n\\nSpecialists in both new build and refurbishments, UK commissions include masterplanning of major estates, new residential villas, and apartments, and the refurbishments of grade-listed I and II buildings in central London. Projects internationally include new-build hotels/resorts, residences, and masterplans of planned communities.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nPreparing designs and construction information for prestigious residential and hospitality projects\\nDeveloping concept designs, as well as detailed and technical designs\\nPreparation planning documents and coordinating with consultant teams\\nPreparing tender information and construction documentation (drawings and NBS)\\nAttending site inspections.\\n\\nRequired Skills & Experience\\n\\nA minimum of 3 years PQE experience\\n3+ years' experience in the UK\\nAbility to demonstrate strong design and presentation skills\\nExperience working on high-end residential and/or high-end hospitality projects\\nConfident preparing concept and technical designs and construction information\\nExperience in the selection and specification of products, materials and finishes\\nSite experience and experience with supply chain\\nWell organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills\\nKnowledge of Vectorworks is highly desirable but not essential.\\n\\nWhat you get back\\n\\nSalary of circa £30,000 – £38,000 fully DOE\\nDiscretionary bonus\\nCompany pension scheme\\nBUPA Cashback\\n21 days annual leave (increasing to 25 with length of service) + bank holidays.\\n\\nApply\\n\\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
