Senior Architect Job in Oxford with a multi-award-winning AJ100 architectural practice specialising in architecture, landscape and urban design. Based in Oxford, this role suits a RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect with ARB registration and strong Revit skills. You will lead design and technical delivery across large-scale science, research, education and healthcare projects throughout the UK and Ireland. The position involves coordinating projects through all RIBA Stages 0–7, managing teams and ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead projects across RIBA Stages 0–7
  • Manage planning and Building Regulations submissions
  • Deliver projects using Revit and BIM workflows
  • Oversee junior team members in Oxford studio
  • Attend and lead client and consultant meetings

Skills & Experience Required

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with ARB registration
  • Experience across all RIBA work stages
  • Strong Revit proficiency essential
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Salary & Benefits

Salary £45,000. Benefits include hybrid working following probation and structured CPD support. The practice offers 35 days holiday including Christmas closure, salary sacrifice pension scheme, option to purchase additional leave, employee counselling service, knowledge sharing events, social activities, charity support and onsite parking.
