Projects span education, mixed-use, residential and build-to-rent developments, with additional involvement across infrastructure and regeneration sectors. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management and operational oversight, with responsibility for regional performance, team development and successful project delivery. Role & Responsibilities Lead regional strategy, business operations and commercial performance Develop client relationships and secure new project opportunities Oversee budgets, financial forecasting and business targets Manage senior staff, professional development and succession planning Coordinate technical teams and maintain project delivery standards You will represent the practice at senior client meetings and work with regional colleagues to strengthen collaboration, operational efficiency and business growth. Skills & Experience Required Chartered Landscape Architect with extensive post-chartership experience Proven leadership of complex, large-scale landscape architecture projects Strong commercial awareness and business development experience Experience securing public sector or multidisciplinary design commissions Knowledge of UK procurement processes and frameworks You will demonstrate established industry relationships, confident stakeholder communication and experience managing senior design professionals.
