Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and hospitality projects, the studio promotes a collaborative culture where designers are supported to develop into well-rounded professionals, gaining exposure to all stages of the design and delivery process through close mentorship.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nWork collaboratively across multiple projects at varying stages\\nAssist in developing concepts from feasibility through to detailed design\\nProduce design material including plans, elevations, sketches and visual studies\\nContribute to FF&E, material and joinery design and specification\\nSupport the preparation of presentation material and client-facing documents\\nAssist with design development and technical drawing packages for costing\\nSupport review of contractor information including RFIs and shop drawings\\nCoordinate with external consultants, visualisers and contractors\\nMentor junior team members and support internal task management\\nAttend design team meetings and site visits as required.\\n\\nRequired Skills & Experience\\n\\nPrevious experience working across most or all stages of hospitality projects\\nGood understanding of the interior design industry and project processes\\nStrong knowledge of materials, finishes and basic building regulations\\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work across more than one project\\nConfident communication skills within internal and external teams\\nBasic experience mentoring junior designers to deadlines\\nProficiency in AutoCAD\\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop\\nExperience with 3D modelling software.\\n\\nWhat you get back\\n\\nSalary between £34,000-£45,000 depending on experience\\nHybrid working – one day per week working from home\\nFlexible working between 8am and 7pm\\nSummer Friday early finishes\\nYour birthday off in addition to annual leave\\nOption to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday per year\\nEnhanced pension contributions through NEST\\nBonus scheme for introducing new clients and staff\\nHealthcare cash plan including dental and optical cover\\nCycle to Work scheme with significant tax savings.\\n\\nApply\\n\\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
