A Mid Weight Interior Architect job working mainly from home is now available in London. Join a talented and creative team, well known for their designs within the hospitality and F&B sectors and their unique approach to interiors. Salary of 30,000 – 35,000 DOE.
Our client is a leading London based studio with over 14 years of experience specialising in one-of-a-kind interiors for high-end restaurants, bars and hotels both in the UK and overseas. Their passion for eclectic designs, art and vintage pieces is part of their DNA and their ever-increasing pipeline of projects. Due to very exciting new projects, they are now looking for a Mid Weight Interior Designer to join them on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
– Working across all stages of design, from concept through to completion
– Producing technical drawings and tender packages, including joinery detailing
– Assisting in the design and detailing of bespoke furniture
– Preparing project deliverables; presentations, concept designs, mood boards, and completion presentations
– Liaising with suppliers and contractors
– Traveling to sites/suppliers/clients as and when required.
Required Skills & Experience
– 3+ years’ experience working in the UK
– Proven luxury hotel and/or F&B project experience
– Strong experience developing full technical packages and joinery detailing
– Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple tasks
– Confident when liaising with clients and contractors
– Proficiency with Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite.
