Working on UK and international projects for private clients and developers, the role covers concept design, presentations, technical packages, and detailed interior architectural information. This position suits a designer with 4+ years' UK experience in luxury residential or high-end hospitality projects, combining creative confidence with strong technical detailing skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support projects across all design and delivery stages
- Produce proposals, presentations, schedules, and technical packages
- Develop detailed interior architectural information
- Coordinate with internal and external project teams
- Attend site visits and project meetings
You will work collaboratively with senior colleagues while independently managing assigned design and technical responsibilities.
Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years' UK luxury residential or hospitality experience
- Strong interior architecture detailing and documentation skills
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept through technical stages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team are essential.
