With a collaborative studio culture and a focus on quality design and technical excellence, the practice offers a supportive environment where experienced Technologists can take ownership of projects and contribute meaningfully from concept through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
- Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
- Attend and lead client meetings
- Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
- Prepare and present technical and design information to clients
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK
- CIAT registered or working towards chartership
- Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects
- Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed technical packages
- Good working knowledge of NBS specifications
- Experience running projects and leading small teams
- Confident client-facing skills across all RIBA stages
