This is a 100% employee-owned consultancy with a 45-year track record of shaping great places. From masterplanning new settlements and regenerating estates to creating healthier streets and advancing renewable energy, they are dedicated to connecting people and place through landscape. With eight studios across the UK, they are growing fast and provide a collaborative, creative environment where people can thrive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of a wide range of urban design and masterplanning projects
- Produce high-quality design outputs, drawings, and presentations
- Collaborate with planners, architects, and other specialists to develop integrated solutions
- Contribute to concept development, design strategies, and project reports
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, supporting consultations and workshops
- Assist with project management and coordination of design teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in UK urban design and masterplanning
- Strong conceptual and design skills with a creative approach to placemaking
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling software
- Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Master's in Urban Design (UK) or equivalent qualification; RIBA Part 2 with relevant experience also considered
- Experience in project management and bid support desirable
