Job Overview An opportunity for an Architect to lead a major commercial office project in Bristol, taking responsibility from RIBA Stage 2 through to completion.
The role is suited to an ARB registered Architect with commercial project experience, strong technical delivery skills, and Revit proficiency.
You will support the delivery of workplace and retrofit schemes while coordinating consultants, stakeholders, and project teams.
Role & Responsibilities * Lead design development from Stage 2 onwards * Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams * Prepare statutory and planning submissions * Liaise with authorities and stakeholders * Oversee project delivery and quality standards Working closely with senior team members, you will ensure projects meet programme requirements, maintain design intent, and achieve technical and commercial objectives throughout all project stages.
Skills & Experience Required * ARB registered Architect * 3+ years post-qualification UK experience * Commercial or office project experience * Strong planning and building regulations knowledge * Proficient in Revit Strong communication and coordination skills are required, with the ability to manage project information, stakeholder engagement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
