Role & Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and construction stage projects
- Produce detailed Revit drawing packages
- Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Prepare and manage NBS specifications
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance
Working across RIBA stages, you will oversee project delivery, maintain communication with stakeholders and support coordinated design solutions through construction.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB Registered Architect
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong technical design and detailing skills
- Revit proficiency within a BIM environment
- Construction stage project delivery experience
