Job Overview

The role will support business development, bids, marketing and sector positioning across residential growth sectors, expert witness services, healthcare, mixed-use and remediation projects. This position offers access to senior leadership and involvement in shaping future growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support business development strategy with Directors
  • Identify opportunities through market and policy research
  • Build relationships across residential development sectors
  • Lead bids, EOIs and framework submissions
  • Manage digital, PR, awards and editorial activity
  • Develop bid collateral including case studies, CVs, project sheets and presentations
  • Coordinate photography, project storytelling, thought leadership, website updates and outward-facing materials
  • Support marketing and BD activity for expert witness services with legal and insurance sector contacts
  • Represent the practice at industry events, networking functions and sector forums

Skills & Experience Required

  • Built environment marketing or BD experience
  • Strong residential development sector understanding
  • Experience supporting bids and tenders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint or Keynote proficiency

Knowledge of Build to Rent, Later Living, affordable housing or mixed-use sectors would be advantageous. Familiarity with public sector procurement, CRM systems, bid platforms or marketing analytics tools would be beneficial.
