Commercial Agent Job in London Commercial Agent job covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London. This role will involve managing lettings, sales and acquisitions, as well as supporting development and lease advisory projects. Offering a salary of £35,000 + commission + hybrid working. This opportunity is with an established property consultancy specialising in commercial real estate across retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors. With a strong presence in East London, the team is entering a new phase of growth and is looking to expand its agency and surveying services across London. Role & Responsibilities Manage lettings, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties Prepare marketing strategies and property particulars Coordinate and attend property viewings Match applicants to suitable premises and handle negotiations Carry out property inspections and produce detailed reports Liaise with architects, planners and consultants on development projects Support lease advisory work including rent reviews and lease renewals Ensure compliance checks are completed for landlords, tenants and buyers Provide regular updates and advice to clients.Required Skills & Experience MRICS or currently working towards APC Commercial agency experience Knowledge of the London commercial property market Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Organised, self-motivated and commercially minded Proficient with property marketing systems and IT platforms Full UK driving licence.What you get back Up to £35,000 base salary Commission of up to 10% Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Supportive and sociable team environment Professional development and support with fees.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
