We are currently working with a Winchester based Practice who have an Architectural Technician Job available in its technical team to deliver high-performance data centre projects. Role & Responsibilities
- Work on data centre and commercial projects with a strong focus on BIM and technical coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and other BIM tools
- Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Assist with project management tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Opportunities for international travel for those interested
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience across relevant sectors, ideally across all project stages
- Strong design skills and technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit test at interview stage)
- Good understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting and construction processes
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team working and organisational skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages advantageous)
