Clerks of Works Job in Belgravia, London Clerk of Works Job now available with a growing multidisciplinary consultancy working as part of their London-based site inspection team covering London and Greater London. Offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus potential, private medical insurance, and more. They offer a range of services including project management, fire safety, surveying, cost consultancy, and design management, and specialise in residential, healthcare and education sectors for developers, housing associations and local authorities. Made up of 100 employees and 4 offices, they have a strong reputation in delivering new build, refurbishment and remedial projects across London and the South East. This position will be involved in residential high-rise projects overseeing various types of construction including MMC. Role & Responsibilities Travel to sites across London and Greater London Ensure construction adheres to the relevant regulations with Codes of Practice, British Standards, and contract documents Check materials and products align with specifications and drawings Ensure fire safety standards are achieved Liaise with the client and/or Employers Agent on all relevant matters Assist with snagging inspections and site inspection reports Monitor NHBC site book to ensure entries are addressed and reporting of any H&S matters.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar position, including residential high-rise experience New build and refurbishment experience Strong building regulation knowledge and NHBC compliance Experience with technical reviews and fire stopping detailing Cladding remediation experience Valid CSCS Full UK Driving Licence and ULEZ compliant vehicle.What you get back Salary of £55,000 – £60,000 Discretionary bonus potential 24 Days holiday + Bank Holidays Contributory Pension Private medical insurance Support with professional subscriptions Support with APC.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
