Project Architect required for an established architectural practice in Clerkenwell, London. The role focuses on defence and commercial sector projects across the UK, leading schemes through technical design and construction stages. Suitable for an ARB registered Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to deliver technically complex projects across multiple RIBA stages.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery through technical stages
  • Manage projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Produce coordinated drawing packages in Revit
  • Prepare NBS specifications and documentation
  • Coordinate consultants and project stakeholders

You will oversee project coordination, support technical delivery, and ensure compliance with current regulations while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the design and construction process.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • ARB registered Architect or CIAT qualified
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical design knowledge
  • Revit and BIM workflow proficiency
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Applicants should have experience delivering projects independently, coordinating consultant teams, and working through technical design and construction stages. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and CDM requirements is required.
