Job Overview: This role is suited to an experienced professional with strong technical delivery skills, leading projects across multiple sectors within the built environment. Working within a collaborative team, you will coordinate technical design information, consultant input and project outputs while ensuring compliance, quality and effective project delivery through key project stages using Revit and BIM.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Produce working drawing packages across project stages
- Lead technical and production information delivery
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Manage technical design information using Revit and BIM
- Undertake site inspections and project reviews
You will support project delivery activities while ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Architectural Technology qualification or equivalent
- CIAT or RIBA registered
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience
- Advanced Revit and BIM knowledge
- Strong UK building regulations understanding
Experience leading technical delivery, producing detailed construction information and coordinating multidisciplinary teams is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
