This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a design led, socially responsible and sustainability-focused practice, working across an exciting mix of housing, education, arts and cultural projects. They have recently relocated to new office premises and are seeking a Project Architect or Associate Architect who is well connected in the London residential sector and keen to help develop the office.\\n\\nThey are a contemporary practice with studios in Hampshire and London.

They specialise in well-crafted architecture that balances high-quality design with social and environmental responsibility. Current work includes Passivhaus schemes, affordable and private housing, contemporary one-off homes with a growing pipeline in the arts and culture sector. The practice places a strong emphasis on wellbeing, creativity, and collaboration across teams.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nLead the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages\\nManage residential and public sector projects from concept to completion\\nProduce and coordinate design and technical information using Revit\\nPresent work to clients, planning departments and other key stakeholders\\nSupport the development of the London studio and mentor junior team members.Required Skills & Experience\\n\\nARB registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK experience\\nProven track record delivering high-quality residential projects\\nRevit proficiency is essential\\nConfident presenting to clients, with strong written and verbal communication skills\\nEnjoys working collaboratively and managing others.What you get back\\n\\n£45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience\\nHybrid working up to two days a week from home\\nFlexible hours based on a 37.5-hour week\\nSupportive, creative and wellbeing-focused studio culture\\nFree gym, Yoga and Pilates access at the south London office\\nTea, coffee, bike storage, showers and lockers on site\\n25 days holiday + bank holidays
