With a clear pathway for career progression, flexible hybrid working and a strong emphasis on professional development including study sponsorship, paid study leave and leadership training, this is an opportunity to thrive in a supportive and inspiring environment.\\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nTo lead and run high-end residential and hospitality projects of various scales \\nTo be involved in new business development and working winning for the studio\\nProject lead throughout all RIBA stages (concept through to delivery) \\nManage teams of sub-consultants and work closely with clients to support them through all stages of projects\\nRun projects during construction, acting as contract administrator if required. Required Skills & Experience\\n\\nPart III qualified with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience for a UK-based practice or equivalent qualification \\nAABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation desirable\\nExperience working on listed buildings in the high end residential, hospitality or conservation sectors \\nExcellent design, technical and detailing skills and proven project-running experience\\nLeadership experience managing a small to medium-sized studio, business or team\\nProven experience across all RIBA stages\\nProject management and contract administration skills are essential \\nA strong understanding of UK building and planning regulations \\nExperience of taking responsibility for financial success of projects and strong commercial awareness \\nStrong experience in business development and work winning, including bidding experience\\nGood client-facing experience and communication skills\\nProficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and NBS is essential \\nAttention to detail, graphic sensibility and hand drawing ability\\nMust be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
