  • Lead Logistics Managers, Warehouse Managers, and MRP Specialists through strong coaching and performance management.
  • Build capability, develop talent, and foster a high‑performance culture across the broader UK team.
  • Drive digitalisation, automation, and data‑driven decision-making.
  • Develop contingency and business continuity plans across logistics and planning.
About You
  • Vast experience in planning, logistics, and operational management in the UK.
  • Strong SAP experience (MRP and/or Sales & Distribution).
  • Degree or Masters in a business-related discipline.
  • Proven leadership of multi‑site logistics and planning operations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving capability.
  • Comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.
Why Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of logistics and materials planning for a major UK operation while shaping the future of supply chain performance across the UK.
