We are seeking a driven and ambitious procurement leader to manage our UK Procurement Operations while also driving Indirect Procurement strategy across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact position responsible for delivering value, embedding global procurement standards, strengthening supplier performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

UK Procurement Operations
  • Lead and develop the UK Procurement Operations team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Roll out global procurement processes and digital tools to UK sites.
  • Manage key UK supplier relationships and performance metrics.
Indirect Procurement Across EMEA
  • Lead regional indirect procurement strategies in alignment with global category teams.
  • Deliver cost efficiency, manage regional procurement budgets, and identify new supplier opportunities.
  • Act as the interface between UK/EMEA teams and global procurement.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Product/R&D, and Site leadership teams.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of global agreements and business-driven sourcing initiatives.
Process Excellence, ESG & Compliance
  • Uphold procurement governance, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead ESG compliance requirements with regional suppliers.
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation in procurement processes.
Performance, Reporting & Value Delivery
  • Own productivity delivery, working capital improvement, and savings tracking.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement value with Finance and global category teams.
  • Produce high-quality reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Manage, coach, and inspire a high-performing UK procurement operations team.

Strong experience in Procurement Operations and/or Indirect Procurement.

Proven leadership experience across UK and EMEA markets, ideally within a matrix organisation.

Deep knowledge of procurement, category management, supplier performance, and P2P processes.

Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and P&L improvements.

Experience implementing procurement processes, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Masters beneficial).

Fluency in English; additional European languages welcome.

Willingness to travel across the region as required.
