We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Communications team at our head office in Colwick, Nottingham. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, inspiring change, with a bias for action, and has experience in integrated marketing communications across channels.

This role offers a great opportunity to manage marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, working closely with our in-house design team. You will lead the wider marketing team to execute campaigns across all channels, ensuring they meet strategic objectives, deadlines, and budgets.

You should excel at planning and creating briefs, as well as writing tailored copy for specific audiences and media. Project management experience is essential, as you will plan and deliver product launch campaigns, create timelines, manage budgets, and ensure smooth execution. You will support the Product Team with all aspects of product launch and marketing, including pattern books and technical brochures. Additionally, you will plan new jobs into the studio to meet delivery deadlines, requiring excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive campaigns, including brand, promotional, and new product launches, from brief to completion, ensuring alignment, relevance, and brand consistency.
  2. Maximize communication opportunities from micro campaigns with collaborators and influencers.
  3. Manage offline marketing outputs and customer-facing collateral, including direct mail, royal mail, and brochures.
  4. Collaborate with the in-house design studio, managing creative briefs and artwork.
  5. Work with media owners and analysis teams for post-campaign analysis.
  6. Provide updates to the wider marketing team.
  7. Write and supply copy suitable for various media and audiences.
  8. Proofread to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.

In this fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable managing multiple projects and adapting to change. We value face-to-face collaboration and offer flexible working options, including three days in the office and two from home, with the option to work more in our recently refurbished Nottingham office.

Benefits include a generous colleague discount, healthcare and lifestyle benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and a great office environment.
