This is a hands-on HR Generalist role within the Hunter Douglas Global E-Commerce Zone People Team. Operating within a matrix organisation, the Zone People Team supports multiple Business Units across the Global E-Commerce Zone, enabling consistent people delivery while aligning with both Hunter Douglas strategy and zone priorities.
The role has a strong focus on coordination, communication, people data management and employee engagement, working in close partnership with BU People Representatives who retain responsibility for local employee relations and payroll. Broad and delivery-focused, the role supports activity across the full people lifecycle and acts as a key enabler of zone people priorities.
While not accountable for setting people strategy, it plays a critical role in ensuring people initiatives are well-organised, clearly communicated and executed to a high standard within a fast-paced, matrix environment.
