- MRP Strategy & Excellence
- Design, implement, and monitor MRP processes, policies, routines, and controls.
- Standardise and optimise the SAP MRP module, ensuring effective master data and planning parameters.
- Service, Inventory & Performance
- Manage $50M+ inventory across the UK network.
- Ensure finished goods availability for customers and materials availability for production.
- Deliver key KPIs including gross margin %, OTIF %, and stock availability.
- Network & Site Transformation
- Lead the transformation of logistics operations at our Washington site.
- Optimise the UK supply chain network to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Drive long-term planning and capability-building across warehousing, distribution, and transport.
- S&OP & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Enhance and standardise the S&OP process in partnership with commercial teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to deliver an integrated supply chain.
- Leadership & People Development
- Lead Logistics Managers, Warehouse Managers, and MRP Specialists through strong coaching and performance management.
- Build capability, develop talent, and foster a high-performance culture across the broader UK team.
- Innovation & Risk Management
- Drive digitalisation, automation, and data driven decision-making.
- Develop contingency and business continuity plans across logistics and planning.
About You
- 10-15 years of experience in planning, logistics, and operational management in the UK.
- Strong SAP experience (MRP and/or Sales & Distribution).
- Degree or Masters in a business-related discipline.
- Proven leadership of multisite logistics and planning operations.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and exposure to senior leadership.
