REGIONAL DIRECTOR - UK AGRIBUSINESS Lead a business. Our client is a highly respected and established business with a significant presence in UK crop production and agronomy. As part of an exciting development in its leadership structure, the company is seeking an exceptional individual to lead its Northern regional business. This is a significant appointment, offering the opportunity to lead a substantial commercial operation, combining the autonomy and accountability of a business leader with the resources and support of an established national organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and joining the Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will have genuine influence over regional performance, people development and the future direction of the wider business. The business has strong foundations: an established customer base, experienced agronomists and a respected reputation across the agricultural sector. The opportunity is to build on these strengths and realise the full potential of a substantial regional business. Your success will be built around three priorities: developing and inspiring people, shaping a clear strategy for profitable growth, and ensuring that strategy translates into effective commercial execution. Working closely with Area Managers, you will provide the leadership, direction and support needed to deliver commercial performance, develop capability and create a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will bring strong strategic thinking, sound commercial judgement and a proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable results through effective management teams. You may already be operating in a senior regional or national leadership role, or you may be an ambitious commercial leader ready to take the next significant step in your career. It is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial business, help shape a developing leadership structure and play an influential role in the future of an established UK agricultural organisation. You will have the freedom to make decisions, the support to deliver change and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the business and its people. Flexible across Northern England and Scotland, with regular travel throughout the region.
