My client, an established and growing organisation, are seeking a Workday specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will focus on the technical side of Workday, with a greater amount of work in Workday Finance and some exposure to Workday HR being useful.

The Role
  • Workday Configuration: Technical and functional work within Workday.
  • System Customisation: Configuring and customising Workday to meet business requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and processes.
  • Leadership: Ability or interest in leadership responsibilities.
  • Automation: Supporting automation initiatives within Workday.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Work: Working on the technical side of Workday Finance.
  • Functional Work: Supporting functional requirements within Workday.
  • Configuration & Customisation: Implementing system configuration and customisation.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collecting and analysing business requirements.
