The role:
My client are looking to bring in an experienced Technical Training Manager to head up their Training function. The role (at least initially) will be largely office based. Duties will be multi-faceted, including:
- Producing, organising and delivering eLearning content for internal and external use
- Experience in Training technical software / systems to technical and non-technical users
- Creating Training programs for areas such as Certification
- Creating Training frameworks and implementing these company wide
- Responsible for a direct report
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Instrumental in producing and delivering materials to new staff and graduates
- Identifying milestones and objectives within Training plans
- Travelling to customer sites (where required) to deliver Training in person
- Utilising internal company resources
- Serving as a dynamic leader with a ‘get stuff done’ attitude
