We’re partnering with a leading global investment management firm to find a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager who will own complex, high-impact projects in a dynamic, global environment.
As a key member of the Technical Business Analysis or Project Management team, you’ll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle: from gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing stakeholders, to ensuring seamless delivery. You’ll work with senior management, Product, Quant Research, Trading, and Engineering teams to drive the development of cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Defining and delivering high-profile technology projects with measurable impact.
- Analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Managing requirements, documentation, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Driving collaboration across technical and business teams globally.
- Leading change management initiatives and process improvements.
5–10 years of financial services experience, including at least 2 in a Technical BA or PM role.
Hands-on programming experience (Python or KDB+/q).
Proven expertise in Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
A deep understanding of software architecture, SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), and asset classes.
Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
A Computer Science/Engineering degree or equivalent.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in Microservices, API Design, distributed systems, cloud-native apps, or DevOps.
