As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of high performing recruiters focused on placing high-calibre candidates.

Hunter Bond are a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia.

We are on the hunt for a seasoned and successful recruitment team lead to join our London team.

We work and have very well-established relationships with the globe's leading Fin Techs i. e., quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups!

  • Ideal Attributes
  • Experience of managing a successful recruitment team
  • Proven recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
  • Applicants should have a solid billing/placements history and role longevity
  • Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals desired- Fin Tech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients
  • Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
