An exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join an international business in a role combining end-to-end recruitment with strategic process improvement.
The Role
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and market insights.
- Improve recruitment processes, systems, reporting and automation.
- Enhance candidate experience, employer brand and culture assessments.
- Build talent pipelines and drive inclusive hiring practices.
About You
- 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and process improvement.
