- Enhance candidate experience, employer brand and culture assessments.
- Build talent pipelines and drive inclusive hiring practices.
Требования
- 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics and process improvement.
