Role Overview
Reports to: Head of Internal Recruitment
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will support our recruitment team by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and interested in building a career in recruitment or HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer stage
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Assist with posting roles on job boards, LinkedIn, and internal channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach where required
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience
- Support employer branding initiatives (careers page, events, social media)
- Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the HR/Talent team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
