Ideal Attributes:
- Experience leading and managing a successful recruitment team - ideally within Technology Verticals
- Proven Technology recruitment experience that can shape and attract top passive talent
- Solid billing/placements history and role longevity
- Recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals - FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side Clients highly desirable
- Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity
