What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality candidates to existing clients
- Manage the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep and post-placement care
- Proactively headhunt and build strong talent networks
- Support on key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
- Maintain a high standard of communication and service to candidates
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months agency recruitment experience (Finance- Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience highly desired)
- Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
- A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with candidates
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Someone who wants to grow in a specialist, supportive environment
